Terms of Service for SwishCount

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SwishCount ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SwishCount is a basketball training application that allows users to:

• Create custom shooting drills
• Track shooting performance and statistics
• Monitor progress over time through analytics
• Earn achievements and milestones
• View shot charts and performance trends

The app is supported through advertising revenue and may display advertisements from Google AdMob.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Proper Use

You agree to use the App:

• For personal basketball training purposes
• In accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Without attempting to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App

4. Data and Privacy

4.1 Primary Data Storage

• Your basketball training data is stored locally on your device
• We do not collect, transmit, or store your training data on external servers
• You are responsible for backing up your training data if desired

4.2 Advertising and Third-Party Services

• The app may display advertisements from Google AdMob
• Google AdMob may collect basic device and usage information for ad delivery
• Your basketball training data (drills, sessions, statistics) is never shared with Google AdMob
• You may be able to opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings
• Google AdMob's data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy

4.3 Data Loss

• We are not responsible for training data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or other circumstances
• We recommend regularly reviewing your statistics and achievements

4.4 Feedback Form

• We provide an optional feedback form (hosted by Google Forms) for users to send comments or suggestions.
• Submission of feedback is voluntary and subject to our Privacy Policy.
• The form does not collect your email address or any personal identifiers. Your feedback is anonymous.
• Feedback is used only to improve the app and is not shared with third parties.
• If you wish to have your feedback deleted, contact us at swishcount@gmail.com.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 App Ownership

• SwishCount and all related content are owned by the developer
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes

5.2 User Content

• You retain ownership of any custom drills or data you create
• Your training data remains private and under your control

8. App Availability and Advertising

• We strive to keep the App available and functional
• We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time
• We are not responsible for device compatibility issues
• The app may display advertisements to support development and maintenance
• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of Google AdMob advertisements
• Advertisements may change or be modified by Google AdMob without notice

9. Updates and Changes

• Updates may change features or user interface elements

• We may update these Terms from time to time
• Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance

10. Termination

• Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored training data
