SwishCount ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our basketball training app collects, uses, and protects your information.

The only information we collect is anonymous feedback that you voluntarily submit via the feedback form. This may include your comments, suggestions, or ratings about the app. We do not collect your email address or any personal identifiers. All other app data (such as your basketball training records) is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us or accessible by us.

2.1 Basketball Training Data

All basketball training data, including drills, sessions, statistics, and achievements, is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data and it is never transmitted to us.

2.2 Technical Data

We do not collect technical data about your device or app usage. All technical and usage data remains on your device.

2.3 Feedback Form Data

We provide an optional feedback form (hosted by Google Forms) that allows you to send us feedback about the app. If you choose to use this form, we may collect the following information:

• Message Content: Your comments, suggestions, or questions about the app.
• App Experience Ratings: Your responses to optional questions about how you found the app and how you would rate it.

How We Use Feedback Data: This information is used solely to review and analyze feedback to improve the app and understand user experience. We do not collect or store your email address, nor do we use any personal identifiers for marketing or any other purpose.

Storage: Feedback form responses are stored securely in Google Forms/Google Drive and are accessible only to the app developer.

Sharing: We do not share your feedback with any third parties.

Data Deletion: Feedback is collected anonymously. If you wish to have your feedback deleted and can identify your submission, please contact us at swishcount@gmail.com and we will make reasonable efforts to remove it from our records.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your feedback form data based on your explicit consent, which you provide by submitting the form and agreeing to our privacy policy.

4. International Data Transfers

Since we only collect anonymous feedback and no personal information, data rights such as access, correction, or deletion under privacy laws (like GDPR or CCPA) do not apply to our app.

Your basketball training data is used exclusively to:

• Create shot charts showing your performance by court location

9. Advertising and Third-Party Services

9.1 Advertising

SwishCount may display advertisements to support the app's development and maintenance. These ads are provided by Google AdMob and may include:

• Banner advertisements displayed within the app interface
• Interstitial advertisements that may appear between app sessions
• Rewarded video advertisements that users can choose to watch for in-app benefits

9.2 Google AdMob

Google AdMob, our advertising partner, may collect certain information to provide relevant advertisements:

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version
• App Information: App name, package name, and version details
• Network Information: IP address and network connection type
• Usage Data: General app usage patterns and interaction with advertisements
• User Interactions: Ad clicks, impressions, and conversion events

Note: Your basketball training data (drills, sessions, statistics) is never shared with Google AdMob or used for ad targeting.

9.3 Data Sharing with Third Parties

• We do not share your training data with any third parties
• We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or other companies
• Your basketball training data remains private and is not used for advertising purposes
• No analytics or tracking services have access to your basketball training information
• Google AdMob only receives basic device and usage information necessary for ad delivery

10. Your Data Rights

Since your training data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control:

• Access: You can view all your training data within the app's statistics and analytics sections
• Modification: You can edit or delete individual drills and sessions
• Complete Deletion: The app provides a "Clear All Data" function to permanently remove all stored training information
• Data Portability: Your training data remains on your device and is not locked into any external service

11. Children's Privacy

The feedback form and app are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because feedback is collected anonymously and contains no personal identifiers, we are unable to identify or remove submissions from children. We are committed to protecting children’s privacy and encourage parents or guardians to contact us if they have any concerns.

12. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request access to or deletion of any personal information you have provided to us through the feedback form. To make such a request, please contact us at swishcount@gmail.com. We do not sell your personal information to any third parties.

13. Data Breach Notification

In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your feedback form data, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities within 72 hours, as required by law.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app and will include an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

15. Device Permissions

SwishCount requests the following device permissions to support app functionality and advertising:

• Advertising ID (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID): Used by Google AdMob to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
• Internet (INTERNET): Required to fetch data, display ads, and support app features.
• Network State (ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Used to check network connectivity for online features and ads.
• Wake Lock (WAKE_LOCK): Used to keep the screen on during training sessions so you can track shots without the screen turning off.
• Local Storage: Used to save your progress, milestones, and settings on your device. This data is not shared with third parties.

We do NOT access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, calendar, or SMS/phone features.
